PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL
The Parish Pastoral Council (PPC), as an advisory body, works with the pastor and his staff, towards the building up of a caring parish community. It operates on a consensual basis through prayer, discussion and by seeking expert advice when required. The PPC strives to represent all members of the parish in working to meet the spiritual needs of the Parish. (The Temporal Affairs Council is responsible for financial needs.) Parish Pastoral Council works closely with the Temporal Affairs Council on matters of finance and policy, as well as with the PPC members on the planning and coordinating of the overall policies and goal of the Parish.
The Pastoral Council meets every two months, normally on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. Parishioners are encouraged to present their input through the Parish web site or phone calls to any members of the Council. All parishioners are welcome to attend.
If you are interested in ensuring the pastoral needs of the Parish are being met, please consider putting your name forward for election. Elections are usually held in June; nominations are open to baptized and registered parishioners 16 years of ages or older.
TEMPORAL AFFAIRS COUNCIL
This council coordinates and manages the financial affairs of the Parish in conjunction with the Pastor. Members of council meet every second month with the Pastor, to review revenue and expenditures, develop budgets and to generally manage the financial obligations of the Parish. We work closely with the Parish Pastoral Council and other committees to ensure their suggestions and requests are addressed.

If you have sound judgment, together with business and accounting knowledge, please consider being a member of the Temporal Affairs Council.
