MIRIAM CENTRE offers free and confidential services, someone to talk to, a sister a friend. They offer:
- Help to women facing a difficult pregnancy
- Assistance to new mothers having difficulty adjusting to life as a mother
- Help to any person suffering the emotional impact of abortion
- A free pregnancy test
- Information on their resources and services
- Help arranging medical care, schooling, financial help and lodging
- Help after the loss of a child through miscarriage or infant death

BIRTHRIGHT is an emergency pregnancy service with branches worldwide. It is interdenominational; staffed entirely by volunteers; and is not involved in political lobbying. Birthright exists solely to give loving support to women and girls distressed by their pregnancy, by offering:
- Free pregnancy testing
- Referrals to medical practitioners
- Referrals to other community professionals where appropriate
- Advocacy before community agencies, such as, schools, welfare office and adoption agencies
- Transportation for medical and other care
- Maternity clothing and baby layettes
- Ongoing supportive friendship, as long as needed or wanted.

MARGUERITE CENTRE of Prescott-Russell offers help to all persons concerned with a pregnancy. It is a non-profit organization- the only source of income are donations.
